In a nutshell, meet with your coach and determine how many tumbling passes you will perform - be sure to find out what length of music you will use. Meet with your choreographer and determine the best music style for you - based on your dancing skills.

Downloading and playing your purchased music is easy on the iPhone!

When you complete your purchase, tap the "Continue to My Media" button at the bottom of your receipt page. That will take you to our "My Media" page, where you can see and download any of the tracks you have purchased.

When you download your music, the audio file (mp3) is downloaded to your iPhone's "Downloads" folder. The Downloads folder can be accessed immediately after download from within Safari (tap on the blue download icon on the address bar) or later, from the "Files" app on your iPhone. Look for the blue folder icon in your applications.

Once you find the "Files" folder, inside you will find the "Downloads" folder. This is typically found at the root of your "iCloud Drive" folder.

Inside the Downloads folder you will find your Energym Music track in an mp3 format.

Tap on the song and it will open in an audio player. At the bottom of the player, you can scroll back and forth through the song as you like!

You can share your Energym Music track as you need only for your own personal use.

You are not allowed to share with friends or to sell to someone else.

Coaches - these tracks are only for use by the gymnast who buys them or for whom they are bought. You may not keep them and build your own library or hand them down to next year's gymnast.

Since all of our music is sold by download, there is no way to "return" the song. Please make sure you have the correct song and version in your cart before you check out.

Downloading is illegal when proper royalties are not paid to the songwriters and/or artists. Energym Music's songs are all properly licensed in accordance to US copyright law and all royalties are paid by us.

Instantly!! Your download is instantly yours.
 

When you purchase your song, an email is instantly and automatically sent to the email address on your order form.

Sometimes, these emails end up in junk or spam folders.

If you don't see your email immediately, check these junk/spam folders. They are most likely there!!

Yes, you can! We can custom edit any of our tracks to meet the timing you desire. We can usually come within a second or two of the desired time. In the event that we cannot find a musically satisfying way to edit the music, we will refund the editing charge or cancel your order - whichever you wish. All of our custom edit customers have been very happy with our results! Email us at info@energymmusic.com to discuss your editing needs. The charge for this service is $50.

Because of the enormous cost of production, we do not offer new custom music. However, we can do a mash up of two or more of our songs to create a custom track. The cost of this is the purchase of each song you use plus a $50 edit fee. We create very professional mashups that are musical and flow beautifully.

All of the music sold by Energym Music is created by us in our own studios. Also, each track we sell is arranged and produced specifically for gymnastics floor exercise routines. This is a very time consuming production process. This insures that your music will be inspiring for your choreographer and fun for you! If you check around, you will find that our prices are pretty consistent with our competitor's prices, even though we feel we offer the absolute best music available.

Downloading your Energym Music track to an iPhone

Once you’ve purchased your song, open Safari and go to www.energymmusic.com on your iPhone. At the top of the page, go to “login” and login using your email address and the password.

In your Store Account, click on “My Media”. Find your song and click the “Download” button.

Your download will begin automatically.

You can find your track in the blue "Files/Downloads" folders on your iPhone.

Click on your song. An audio player now appears with a play button in the middle of the screen.  Now you can play your song!

When you make a purchase, on the "Order Receipt" page, you will see a button at the bottom that says "Continue to My Media".  Click on that button and you will be taken directly to your downloads.

You can also retrieve your download later.  After logging in to your user Store Account, click on "My Media".  There, you will find all of the tracks you've purchased in the last two years. 

Simply click on "Download". Your download will begin immediately.  See our Download Help page for more details.

If you need to search for your download on your computer later, search by the song ID number rather than the song name. For instance, Bad To The Bone will show up on your computer as "106.mp3"

If you lose your connection, or for some reason don't get your download when you first order, do not re-order your song. You will receive an email that contains an order number and a password which you can use for two years to download your song again.
