How to Download At Purchase

1. When purchasing your new song, on the receipt screen that you see when your payment was successful, you will see a "Continue to My Media" button.

2. Click the "Continue to My Media" button to go to the "My Media" page. There you will see a list of all the music that is available for download. Click the "Download" button beside the song you wish to download and the download will begin immediately.

How to Download Later

1. To download your purchased music later, first log in with your customer account on the Energym Music login page.

2. From the customer dashboard, click the "My Media" button to navigate to the My Media page.

3. On the My Media page you will see a list of all the music that is available for download. Click the "Download" button beside the song you wish to download and the download will begin immediately.

Note: Links to download your purchased music are available for 2 years from the date of purchase.
